To activate simply soak the bone in water and once the water has absorbed place in the freezer until frozen!

We are able to ship to anywhere in the UK and provide a tracked delivery service via DPD. All orders under the value of £70 will incur a £5.99 delivery charge. Shipping is FREE for orders over the value of £70 unless the items being ordered are discounted on the site or via a discount code*.
Post for order from our warehouse is collected on Monday's and Thursdays and will be delivered in 2-3 working days by tracked DPD Delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Any postage costs paid as part of your order are none refundable in the event of a Return or Exchange.
